If the answer is  yes you should be looking to buy at Auction. Buying at Auction isn’t necessarily straight forward…it can be expensive if you fail to secure the highest offer when the hammer goes down as you do have to do due diligence with the contract and financing if applicable. However the rewards can be far greater than buying from a High Street or online estate agent. Typically you should see anything from 10% capital appreciation once the property is reconfigured and refurbished.
