We are not architects and believe you will require an architect once the decision process has been made, but believe we are the first ‘port of call’ before the expense of instructing an architect.
We take existing 2d floor plans and your property details, and produce new, improved and reconfigured floor plans based on our experience of market trends, *planning constraints and permitted development in your area. In the new plans, we showcase potential extensions and reconfiguration, along with furniture placement. By turning these plans into 3D , property owners and landlords will have the ultimate visual aid to add to sales particulars or for personal home design projects.
*please note we are not planning consultants – we will be following guidelines as we find them for your area and based on whether planning permission has previously been sought for your property.
This is our ‘all in’ service to include: existing 2d floor plans to compare against our reconfigured 2d and 3d floor plans; of the new space which will show viewers exactly how the new space flows and how furniture pieces will fit and look.
Reconfiguration Reports are a culmination of proposed drawings in 2d and 3d plans, approximate build costings, local market trends and valuations from Zoopla and Rightmove and to finished a narrative explanation as the reasons for the extensions and/or room changes.
The process is straight forward – the Agent, Vendor, Landlord or Owner of the property, emails us a link to your property’s web listing and/or sends us Agents’ photographs and floor plans. (Don’t worry if you haven’t got floor plans and photographs, these can be arranged by reconfiguremyhome.com.) We will get to work and aim to deliver our products to you within 48 hours of receipt of payment and the property particulars!
