This lateral, 1,250 sqft., raised ground floor two bedroom apartment was another that was not attracting offers. We drew up 2 sets of proposed plans that were used as part of the marketing particulars. The existing accommodation was two double bedrooms, one generous bathroom.
The existing bathroom is split to create an internal bathroom with jack and Jill doors and an en-suite dressing room.
The bathroom is made into a third bedroom. The master bedroom is narrowed to give an en-suite bathroom and family bathroom. The hallway cupboard is incorporated to give a walk in dressing room.
