We advised the clients to extend the property by 2,500 sqft giving greater living space and an extra en suite bedroom to staff quarters on the ground floor. The design to the first floor benefits from a gallery landing and a bedroom and two more bathrooms. The proposed plans also offered an option of a 1,000 of loft space for conversion.
