An down sizing retired couple wanted to sell their home and downsize. We re-planned the property in 2D and 3D format and these Proposed plans allowed our clients ‘to live their lives in situ’ as buyers viewed with the drawings to aid what the property could become.

The main reception room was split to create a separate Dining room  and front Reception room which was widened by incorporating the original entrance hall. A wall was removed to give a kitchen breakfast room with bi-folding doors to the garden. The garage was converted into a generous entrance hall that gave a balance to the ground floor.

The design for the basement was to create a Media room and Guest WC and Utility room.
